GEPARD
GEPARD cutting tools and equipment began to be produced in Hungary, at the FÉG enterprise (short for Fegyver- és Gépgyártó Részvénytársaság).
In 1990, as part of the conversion, in addition to weapons products, a new business line was created - the production of steel castings and cutting tools. Since 1997, production has been carried out in accordance with the ISO-9002 / TÜV HANNOVER-ktf./ quality assurance system.
In 2004, due to sanctions imposed on the enterprise, it was declared bankrupt.
In 2005, the technology and equipment for tool production were purchased by the international holding SKIPFIRE Ltd. and moved to the holding's production facilities in China.
Since 2007, after the start of production at new sites, there has been a constant increase in the volume of manufactured products and the range of tools and equipment. Currently, the GEPARD brand has more than 1,500 SKUs of high-quality equipment for various types and brands of power tools.
